Lindsay Lohan was back in fine form last night, having a run-in with the West Hollywood police after blowing through a stop sign.

Linds was desperate to get to the Chateau Marmont asap in her $150,000 Maserati GranTurismo 433 hp car and she neglected to stop at a stop sign — unfortunately for her, a cop was nearby and caught her.

But guess what? He let her off! Finally someone has sympathy on poor Lindsay. She continued on her way to the Chateau with her friends and left around 1 am.
