Create a new document of size 500×708 pixels. Fill the background with #000000. Create a new layer and name it as Red Dot. Set the foreground color to #E65943. Select the Brush tool and choose Soft Round brush. Set the size to 650px and paint a huge dot as shown below. |

Create another layer and name it as Green Dot. Set the foreground color to #7CC0A5 and repeat the same step as above. Set the Blend Mode of both layers to Screen. |

Download Jessica Alba image here. Extract Jessica out from her background and drag her into your working document. Refer to this post for various methods of extraction. Name this layer as Model Original. Go to Image > Adjustments > Desaturate. Then Edit > Free Transform to resize and position the image as below. |

Duplicate the Model Original layer. Select the duplicated layer and go to Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur. Set the radius to 3px. Set the Blend Mode of this layer to Screen. This will create a nice glowing effect. |

Create a new folder and name it as Model. Move both Model Blur and Model Original into the folder. Select the folder and create a Layer Mask. Select the Brush tool and choose Soft Round brush. With foreground color as #000000 and opacity as 50%, paint on the layer mask around the border of Jessica. This will fade off some areas. |

|
Create a new layer above the folder and name it as Light Green Dot. Set the foreground color to #9BC152. Select the Brush tool and choose Soft Round brush. Set the size to 650px and paint a huge dot around the top left area. Do the same for another dot around the bottom right with color #1E088C. |

Set the Blend Mode of these two dots to Overlay. |

Create a new layer and using the Elliptical Marquee Tool, make a small circular selection around 130×130 pixels and fill it with #FFFFFF. Select the Eraser Tool and pick Soft Round 100 pixel. Left click a few times at the center of the white circle drawn earlier to get something like the example below. |

Double-click on the Background layer to convert it into a normal layer. Hide the black background layer. Select the white circle layer and go to Image > Adjustments > Invert. Your circle is black now. Create a rectangular selection around the black circle and go to Edit > Define Brush Preset. This will create a new brush in your Brush Preset List. |

Select the brush you have just created. Open up the Brush Palette and check on Shape Dynamics and Scattering. Enter the settings shown below. Create a new layer below the Model folder. Set the foreground color to #FFFFFF and paint the bubbles in. |

Create a new document of size 500×500 pixels. Create a new layer. Set the foreground color to #FFFFFF. Using the Pencil Tool with size 1px, draw a straight vertical line. Select Eraser Tool and pick the Soft Round 300 pixel. Fade off the top and bottom edges. Create another new layer. Selecting the Brush Tool, pick Soft Round 100 pixels. Set the Opacity to 50% and paint along the vertical line you have just drawn. Delete away the left half of the paint. Shape it to look like the one below with Eraser Tool. Merge these two layers together. |

Drag the lines you have just created into your working document. Duplicate several times and position them as shown below. Download 10 Scan Line Brushes from PaulW. Create a new layer and paint several scan lines behind the model. |

Download Abstract Brushes Vol. 4 from Rubina119. Set the foreground color to #FFFFFF. Load the downloaded brush and pick Abstract Brushes 1. Create a new layer and paint the abstract lines around Jessica. Right-click on the layer and choose Blending Options. Check on Outer Glow and leave the settings as default. Use the Eraser Tool to remove some of the lines that cover Jessica’s face and arms. |

Create a new layer, name it as Dust and fill it with #000000. Go to Filter > Noise > Add Noise. Set the Amount to 30%, Distribution to Uniform and check on Monochromatic. Go to Image > Adjustments > Levels. Follow the settings stated below. |

Re-arrange the Dust layer to the most bottom. Use the Eraser Tool to remove some unwanted areas and you are done! |
