I came across this on behance.net and found it really interesting. The images look like HDR (High Dynamic Range) and seem to look cartoon like. It works really well! They have posted a step by step process telling you have to achieve the final image, but to be honest it isn’t easy to follow. As there are just pictures and no text telling you how to do it. I may try figuring it out, and putting a more detailed process on here, so keep updated with the posts!
