Joni Sternbach is an amazing surf photographer, she doesn’t just capture the people that live for surfing, she captures the surroundings also. I think her choice of using a film medium format camera just makes the image look that much more exciting! It makes you want to be there, and also makes you wonder how long surfing has actually been a hobby!
